10/16/01 Request sent to Committee Chairs and Board members for reports to be included in the 12/01 BCOA Board meeting packet.
10/29/01 Petition received for the position of Region 5 Governor. Ballot prepared and mailed to membership on 11/15/01 .  
11/03/01 Mentor program application received. Put on 12/01 BCOA Board meeting agenda.
  Ballot prepared for 2005 Specialty, waiting to be mailed.
11/21/01 Board meeting packets compiled and mailed to Board members.
11/23/01 Revised ballot for Region 5 Governor prepared and mailed to the membership.
12/11/01 Letter sent to those nominated for Centennial judge and sweeps judge listing terms of the judging assignment. Asked candidates to provide a biography if they are interested in the assignment, to be used in the event that their name ends up on the final ballot.
12/26/01 Letter sent to Patti Neale regarding approved mentor application for judges’ education program.
12/27/01 Letters sent to the sponsors regarding a membership application.
12/31/02 Letter to winner of election for Governor of Region 5 regarding outcome of election.
  BCOA membership database developed at the request of the BCOA Board, which can be sorted to provide mailing lists, labels and other requests specific to BCOA needs. 
01/14/02 Letter to AKC regarding changes to BCOA Constitution and By Laws.
01/15/02 Breakdown ballot for Centennial Specialty prepared and mailed to the membership, along with minutes from the 12/01 BCOA Board    meeting.
01/26/02 Letter sent in response to a request that BCOA Board ask AKC to investigate a complaint regarding parentage of a Borzoi litter.
02/19/02 Final ballot prepared and mailed for the Centennial Specialty.
03/04/02 Request sent to Committee Chairs and Board members for reports to be included in the 3/02 Annual BCOA Board meeting packet.
  Minutes from the 2/21/02 conference call downloaded to BCOA Minutes website.
03/10/02 Board meeting packets compiled and mailed to Board members for Annual Board meeting.
